When will I have to move house?We will work the moving date to suit your situation.

Do I need a solicitor?You will need a solicitor to process the sale of the house, we can provide this for you who will work alongside our solicitor and ensure a smooth service. You can use your own if you have one but we may not be able to meet timescales or cover fees.

What if my house is in poor condition?We aim to buy any house, regardless of condition. We will make an offer after couple days and a viewing based on the properties current condition.
